Average, not that hard. You will have to have confidence and authentic. Although the interview is fare. They look for qualities that you can provide for company. They are so frank and polite it helps ease the tension in the employees

Interview
The interview process is in two steps. First is the assessment. Multiple questions, online test. MCQs and short answer types. Not technical, but based on listening, comprehension, English fluency and typing. Second part of this assessment is a Typing speed test. The test would contain a paragraph, having both words and numbers, like currency, with their solar symbol etc.. so typing fast is important. Second part of the interview process, if you get selected from this first part, is the face to face interview.
