Very simple and quick experience. It was a short phone call that lasted less than 15 minutes. Their team was very nice to speak with and the overall interview experience was good.

Brought in for a very friendly interview with the General Manager to discuss who I was and what the goals of the organization were. Upon finishing the more formal portion of the interview I had a chance to speak with the Chief Executive Officer.

What my philosophy on customer service was and what my level of Ticketmaster experience was to date.
Only one 30 minute phone interview that included a couple of standard interview questions. The questions weren't difficult or unexpected. I only had to send in a cover letter and a resume to go to the next round.
