I received a call and had a phone interview, it was very professional and more like a conversation, I felt all questions were necessary for the position and non were non relevant. Then I was set up with a google teams video call and felt the same way with that. I have never done an interview or given an interview that wasn’t face to face but believe with today’s technology it is the correct way at times to do them

A phone interview followed by two separate in person interviews with upper management at the store. Walked the store and was asked to point out things I would do differently.
