The recruiter contact me through LinkedIn and invited me for the hiring process, they don't scheduling a meeting just sent an e-mail explaining the process and a link to the english test and if you pass on that you will receive other link for the technical test platform. A plataforma disponibiliza, por exemplo 30 minutos no total para responder as perguntas, mas cada pergunta tem no máximo em torno de 40 segundos para ser respondida, se você respondeu antes de acabar o tempo você perde o tempo restante, não pode gastar em outra pergunta que demoraria um pouco mais para responder, acredito que esta não seja a melhor forma de avaliar um candidato, pois em um momento de pressão acaba colocando ainda mais, a plataforma deveria disponibilizar no total 30 minutos para responder todas as perguntas, em algumas você pode gastar 10 segundos em outras 2 minutos mas teria a chance de responder todas. was worst I had, the platform.

- Some english general grammar questions during the english test at the platform.
- Some questions regarding the technology during the technical test at the platform, but be careful with the questions they have so many pranks questions.
HR Screening -> Take Home Assesment / Hacker Rank / Leet Code challenge -> Final Interview and Offer.
HR and final interview is not that technical, but they ask about projects, impact done in other experiences, etc.

Après l’entretien RH, le test Codingame et l’entretien technique — tous bien passés — on m’a finalement demandé de passer un entretien sur site, alors que cela n’était pas prévu dans le processus initial présenté lors du premier contact. J’ai accepté et je me suis déplacé jusqu’à leurs bureaux. Sur place, on m’a simplement donné un QCM avec des questions basiques, du type sur le système binaire. Ensuite, plus rien : aucune démarche professionnelle, aucun retour, ni positif ni négatif.

it's good even the HR are gentle and their questions are comprehensive so that is it , try to improv more ur skills and everything is gonna be alright just make sure that you're in a good enviroment
