Initial phone screen went great. Poor hiring process. Says one thing and does another without any explanation as to why. When asked for feedback as to why, you will be ghosted. Do better, Atticus. The job market is already bad enough for a lot of people out there. Don't tell someone you're going to start moving them through the hiring process, explain what the process is, tell them you'll be in touch with a date and time to meet with the hiring manager and then the next day tell them you decided not to move forward with no reason as to why. Get it together, seriously. Terrible business practices for a company that prides themselves on "culture".

They ask about your work experience and how it correlates with the work they do. For an entry level role they claim you don't need experience for, they do not give people chances. Say what you mean, and stand behind what you say. A good business needs to be able to back their reasoning.
Only asked about previous employments and how would they relate to the position being interviewed for. Reviewed your resume and asked asked questions specific to the resume. Interviewer was very nice and made you feel very comfortable.
I felt like I was talking to a robot. It didn’t feel like a real conversation at all. The questions that were being asked didn’t make sense for an entry level position.
