It was a 2 step interview process. First interview was with other clinical supervisors and nurse manager. Typical questions were asked about my career past and future goals. Next step was peer interview that consist of staff nurses and care partners.

The interview was short and sweet. I worked with the manager previously and she brought me aboard. I did interview with the staff I was going to be working with. Everything was not difficult at all. The staff was nice and easy to talk to.
