They were very thorough in most things; however, they did not check my references. I thought it was strange that I would be given a personality test but no one asked for references. The telephone interviews with the two corporate directors were very positive. I appreciated their time and feedback.

Interview
Recruited and interviewed by ED. Called by Atria recruiter and interviewed. Screened through a series of online personality tests. Called back for second interview with RVP. Offer was extended within a week. Drug Test, Health Screen, TB test, Fingerprinting, Background check took a week to complete and started 17 days from second interview
