Introduced by placement agency, followed by 30 minutes interview with hiring manager. roughly 60 days to close process..... unfortunately position was cancelled though I had been selected..... so ended up not getting the offer I was promised I'd get.

First they introduce the company and after that they want to know what you think. If you think that the position is for you, they set another interview for validation of your languages. Third step is interview with the management team.
