Interview
Made it through to final round. Possibly the best interview experience I've had to date.
The office space itself allows for one to feel (or at least in my experience) at ease, from the greeting to waiting to being interviewed, the process was handled seamlessly.
Everyone I met with was incredibly impressive and I got a sense each hire was very intentional and it was a pleasure to meet with everyone.
Despite being unsuccessful it must be said that the interview process was handled beautifully when handled by Atomico. It was a shame that the Recruiter informally had said they thought they'd offer me, when Atomico perhaps never said that?! (Who knows - we move on!).
Everyone who I had the pleasure of meeting at Atomico was transparent, passionate and understood exactly what they needed in their next hire. Very impressive and hope to come across them in the future.

Interview
Terrible process, extremely rude CFO. treated me terrible and could have seen from my cv that I was not the right fit given the experience they wanted. Scheduled the interview regardless and was rude to me from start to finish.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First comment was that they wanted someone with experience in the sector. I didn't have this and was told it was an entry level job and that I didn't need experience in this sector (by the recruiter). This was also clear in my cv. Instead of rejecting the interview they did it anyway but were incredibly rude and knew before i started the interview that it wouldn't work given the experience. Treated me terribly in the call. Also said they have unlimited holiday but they don't like to use it because they love their work too much to miss any deals by being off.

First stage was a chat with one of the receptionists, the second stage was a test where you needed to prioritise, write email responses etc. followed up with a chat with some of the EA’s.
