Several rounds to get to know various people on the team as well as a take home exercise to demonstrate skills. The overall process went relatively smoothly and there are no negative thoughts I have on it all.
Interview process was great and took around 3-4 weeks in total. Kelly, the lead recruiter is fantastic to work with; always provided status updates and was very transparent through the process. Found the people I interviewed with to be engaging, well-rounded, and clearly very smart. Nothing but good things to say about AtoB

Question 1
Tell me about a particular challenge you were able to overcome - how did you overcome it, what learnings did you take away?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AtoB
Interview
3.5 month process with no clarity on title or compensation. There were 8 separate interviews including an onsite interview, an assessment and presentation. During the onsite interview I was left in a room full of employees belongings and the interviewers were 30 minutes late to the interview. I was asked ahead of time to prepared a presentation for this onsite, which I did. However, I was thanked for coming and was at the end of the interview (45min later) when I reminded them that I had prepared a presentation. I was asked to speak with one of their investors as the final interview but the investor that I spoke with knew nothing about the company. The process was unorganized, disheveled and the length of time UNACCEPTABLE to be told via email thank you but no thank you. The recruiter should have reached out with a more personal message.
