Karat Interview Round -
Total of 1 hour:
System design question (20 mins) - this was just one question. Pretty robotic feeling, almost like they had a list of keywords they were just checking off if you mentioned or something.
Coding problems (leetcode medium level, but not really leetcode problems (more practical) (40 mins) - two questions, I got through 1.5
Still waiting to hear about the next round!

Question 1
I don't remember all the specifics but it was basically the design TinyURL system design question. But instead of me designing the system from scratch, they wanted me to describe exactly what happens when the user presses the 'enter' button on the frontend - every single step of the process, until they are delivered a response.
Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
Nice interviewer but i did not get an offer. good experience anyway i think.
I have heard good things about the company culture so i think it would be a good place to work
