Long tedious interview loops. Recruiter ghosted me even though I passed all the technical rounds.
Round #1: Karat round
Round #2: Javascript Round
Round #3: React Round
Round # 4: Frontend System Design
All my interviews went really well. The interviewers themselves told me I did a great job and that they were out of questions to ask me.
After months of delays between round 3 and 4 and the recruiter not replying back to setting up the final round, I gave up on this company.
How hard is it to setup an interview after a candidate did really well in all the rounds?
This according to me spoke volumes of how the company is run and how they do not care about candidates time.
No hate to the interviewers but my recruiter was horrible and didn't help me whatsoever. I wish I could leave a feedback for him somewhere!!
