I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian in Jul 2022
Interview
30 minute screening with a recruiter followed by a quick churn’em and burn’em 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. It felt like the role of the hiring manager was to find someone to plug and play. Not find someone who would be the right fit, or someone to contribute something new, but someone to hire and then not have to check back in for a few months. I was a bit disappointed in that and kind of backed off. I didn’t get an offer, but I know she felt I wasn’t interested in her leadership/management style.
