I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Atlassian (London, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
Overall, the interview process was one of the best I have ever experienced. Everything was organized and there was feedback email/call after every round. Total of 5 rounds including recruiter, hiring manager, peer manager, values alignment, and global support head. It was a bit lengthy process but every discussion was worth each other's time. During the interview process, I could feel the great and encourgaing culture of the team I will be working with.

Question 1
Nothing out of the box. All questions were related to my previous experiences of handling, reacting, and managing certian things.

Interview
Had a first interview with the recruiter, which I thought went well, then had a month of radio silence before finding out that I'd been passed to the next stage.
I was interviewed by the recruiting manager, which again, I thought went well. Another 2 weeks of radio silence, followed by a generic email telling me I'd been unsuccessful, and a refusal to provide me with any feedback.
The ethos of the company doesn't follow through to the recruitment process.

Interview
Met HR , no defined interview process , HR couldn't explain the job requirements well and didn't explain the next steps and didn't hear back after. HR said i don't have the required years of experience in the call , so why was invited to the call ?
