Initial screen with a recruiter. Then two technical interviews, a system design interview, a “craft” interview, a culture interview and finally a management interview. The whole process took over a month to complete. In total it was a big time commitment with over 7 hours of interviews. The whole process seems a bit excessive.

Recruiter told that 2 tech interviews would be there in the start. Both interviews were scheduled by coordinator at time I didn’t confirm my availability at and that was the reason I couldn’t focus on them. After first interview, which was average, I got email that I will not be considered further but then my second interview was scheduled (I got an email about it). I reached out to recruiter and coordinator and both didn’t respond back. I was reached out by second interviewer few days later that he waited for me but I didn’t connect while I had to clarify to him that this is something for which he should ask his recruiter for more clarity on. Unfortunately the hiring process seems to be broken there.
