Interview
I only had an Introductory interview, asked about my experience and explained the role to me, and answer questions I had about the role. Appears to be a very easy customer service job
Fairly long process with over eight stages and some members are quite rude throughout the process. Feedback was also lacking somewhat and overall not a great experience, wouldn't recommend, but it could've just been a one off experience.
Several rounds but it was overall easy and positive experience. First met with recruiter, hiring manager, cross functional teammates and then a final presentation. Everyone was kind and welcoming and supportive.
