I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian (Austin, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
Be prepared to be ghosted. I started with a phone screen with the recruiter. We went over my skills and why I'm looking for a new job. After that, received a written portion with mock questions that a customer would ask. A few days later, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. About a week after that, I went into the office for a tour and interviewed with 4 different people, all 30 minutes each. I emailed the recruiter after and she said she would provide feedback for me later that week. It's been two weeks and radio silence... even after an additional follow-up email. I suppose this is a good sign because I'm not sure I'd want to work for a company that clearly doesn't value a person's time.

Interview
The process began with a phone interview, leading to three in-person interviews. I felt like the team was transparent with me throughout the process. When I was presented with an offer from another organization, I was asked to hold off on accepting, and my manager was able to make an offer that I could easily accept.

Question 1
Understanding Atlassian's core values is crucial throughout the interview process. You will be asked which core values most resonate with you.
The person who conducted the initial interview didn't sound interested and made me feel like he was just doing the interview for compliance purposes. I've only been interviewed once and hopefully it isn't the case for all of their interviewer.
