I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian (Sydney) in Mar 2018
Interview
It took a week after applying to receiving an invitation to complete the coding challenge, and then 3 weeks to receive an invitation for a phone call.
20-30 minutes were allocated for the phone call but the recruiter axed it after 10 minutes (claiming the call had gone very well) with no indication of why. Despite the role allowing any OO experience, the recruiter was only interested in Java. Not a single question was asked about why I wanted to join Atlassian, what I thought of their values or the relevant side projects and experience I had listed.
Essentially this was an interview for a Java role, even though it was supposed to be a non-technical call.
3 weeks later received a generic rejection email.
Initial stage is a phone interview, in which they perform some standard eligibility checks and figure out your motivations. Roughly 15 minutes in total, before they move on to 2 technical rounds.

Interview
Did not make me very excited about atlassian. I think that was obvious in my tone and did not follow up. Interview was insanely easy but I think I annoyed the interviewer by asking too many questions about their product quality.

3. phone interview + behavioural
4. final interview
