The interview process is long, less-exciting and there is no intention from the recruiter to communicate the right feedback on right time. For every round, you need to literally chase the recruiter to set up, take feedback, yet you won't get it on promised time. I have not seen any organization taking candidate experience so lightly. My interview process started in October beginning, and was told every interview level is eliminatory, yet, after all the rounds I was redirected to another recruiter for another role in the middle of December. I have gone through the same 6-7 rounds with different set of people starting mid December to mid January, yet no timely feedback was furnished at the end of January. Even though there was verbal positivity in the feedback from the HR, no concrete formal feedback has been shared after chasing her for over 1 week. Every time I contacted I was told she will share the feedback by end of that day or the following morning. Unfortunately, it never came along. The candidates must be communicated timely with whatever the feedback/status might be. Especially when the process is continuing for over 4 months. It all seemed like she is in conversation with multiple candidates for the same role which all turned out to be positive, and hence they delay the process so that the candidate voluntarily puts him/her out of the process. This is not expected from an organization which brags its openness and customer satisfaction as adds them as values.

Interview was for pre-screening. Had a scheduled Skype call and things went on in a pleasant manner. Communication was average. I did not get to know the result and also did not receive a feedback, in spite of requesting for one.
