I applied online. I interviewed at Atlas Technical Consultants in Dec 2025
Interview
Nearly four rounds of interviews the fourth would have occurred if the recruiter hadn't herself gone on a two week vacation as well as the fourth interviewer hadn't also gone on a two week vacation around the holidays. I had been nothing but communicative and flexible with my schedule to accommodate the timezones and constant need to reschedule due to the holidays or the key person not being available given the provided availability. Overall, the process was a genuine waste of my time only to be ghosted but the recruiter kept calling incessantly during the interviewing process but cannot be reached after.

Interview
Pity the manager and the current person occupying the position were there to interview and they were very friendly and informative. I was very nervous since this was my first in-person job interview but they made me feel comfortable and secure. They asked me 4 simple questions and then made sure to answer any I had and informed me about the company.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atlas Technical Consultants (Austin, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
Pretty typical interview process which involved a phone screen and technical interview with the hiring manager. The only downside is that the pay discussed during the interview process was in terms of salary, but the actual offer was in terms of hourly rates.
