Granted, my interview wasn't recent, but I really enjoyed the process. It's not known to be a short one, but I had the chance to speak with so many people within the company, from local management to the leadership team. It was a great opportunity for me to see how consistent this 'culture' was that was preached, and it's been awesome to see it confirmed in my every-day work. It's a long one, but very worthwhile, and I felt important when finally selected amongst the other candidates!

Interview
Excellent interview, went through several rounds as mentioned in another comment, but I felt that I was appreciated, wanted, and overall challenged to earn a spot on the team. Don't expect to memorize questions, but come in open and honest!
