Was supposed to meet with the head of the company, but was set up with an inexperienced hr person, who had no questions for me, and really did not know anything about the job, as the person was a new hire, as well. I found that person to be quite negative and insecure. The interview was conducted by two people who were recent hires. One was a customer service rep, and she was very open and approachable. The hr person seemed more concerned about getting it over with and was not at all interested in interviewing people. She seemed very negative and insecure.
