Atlas Mobility Healthcare Operations Manager Program Manager interview questions

The process started with initial phone interview in Dec 2018 and panel interview in Jan 2019 where I had to write an email response to a mock disgruntled department head, present a 10 slide PP presentation about myself and my current position and then take a test regarding staffing assignment for multiple shifts and staff members. I was told by the HR Recruiter that was present in my interview, that my interview was very successful and members of their upper level administrative team would be reaching out to make contact. I waited weeks and no one reached out. I maintained contact with the HR Recruiter that stated they were still working on the contracts for the location that I had applied for and they would let me know when things progressed. I reached out once a month for 5 months inquiring about any updates and they were apologetic and let me know that they were still working on the contracts. My last contact attempt was ignored completely at the almost 6 month point. It was very disheartening to have my experience end this way. I was very interested in this position and encouraged by the recruiter to maintain that interest, so when I then received no further contact of any kind, it left a bad feeling over a company that I initially thought of very highly. It was disappointing to say the least and unprofessional.
