I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Atlantic (Huntsville, AL) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was briefly interviewed by the VP and the GIS project manager. They really only asked me to describe myself and why I wanted to work at Atlantic, but did not require me to relate my experience to them as they could "refer to my resume" for all experience. They emphasized to me that the interview process was a 2 way street and that they needed to impress me as much as I did them. Their reassurance of this made me feel very relaxed for the entire interview process. I was additionally given a tour of the office and was able to meet many of the employees and question them about their work, their thoughts and feelings about the company, etc. After the tour, my interviewers discussed salary options and benefits with me, told me when they would be in touch and that I would receive word from them regardless of whether or not they decided to hire me. The entire interview was certainly the easiest and most straight-forward interview I have ever experienced; there was no pressure to prove myself, it was simply a pleasant and professional discussion with the interviewers and fellow employees.
