Screening done by HR director, then if you are a viable candidate, you are interviewed by the clinical manager for the office from which you will work. Clinical manager is most important interview because that's the person you work for and who you communicate with for supervision, consultation, etc. But after clinical manager interview, you then must interview with the practice owners, who make the ultimate hiring decision. You will not have much contact with the owners after that.
