1. Phone interview with President
2. 2nd interview Director of Operations and Project Manager
3. 3rd interview meet the team.
Spoke to a total of 8 people and still didn't get picked.
Advice: Let people know after the 2nd interview if they are not selected. Total waste of time and energy.
