I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Atlanta Network Technologies in Feb 2026
Interview
Went through phone interview and in person interview. Was asked if I was ready to start showing excitement and then completely ghosted. I followed up and no response, not even a "sorry we have decided to move forward with another candidate".

Question 1
Give an example of how you turned a process into a better one.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Atlanta Network Technologies (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2025
Interview
Got a message on LinkedIn and a call the same day but 20 minutes after the window I said I was free. They asked several resume questions and said they were very impressed with my qualifications. Scheduled an interview, but they didn't respond to my email for availability. Took a half day off of work on a Tuesday to to go and interview, and the feedback was super positive, with the promise of an offer letter. However they did not ask me many questions in person, more just talked at me, and did not require any coding assessment. After getting ghosted on email for a few days, I messaged on LinkedIn, heard back on the following Sunday that they were looking for more experienced developers. Feeling bummed and misled.
Professional environment upon walking in, explained scope of work well/introduced the work and require personality test for employment. I enjoyed that aspect as psychology in the work place has been shown to improve the working environment.
