Organised by a central admin team via email. This was a slow and confusing process with no direct contacts and only a 'portal' which required checking regularly as emails did not come through. The interview took place online and followed a prescribed set of questions which seemed to be company wide

The process was a 2 stage interview starting with an initial 39 minute telephone screening and then a longer 1 hour 30 minute interview on MS Teams with a panel of 2 people
