Two step interview:
step 1: phone call- briefly ran through the application, then asked some motivation questions.
step 2: Assessment day
Invited for a grouped assessment day. We had to work in various teams and often had to voice our opinions on tasks that were handed to us. Then invited for a 1 on 1 interview where they ran through our application and asked further questions in regards to the job.

Interview
Average interview with multiple tasks, more focused on soft skills than hard skills. A lot of group work and assessing how you interact within a team. Important to be confident, vocal and polite. I’d advise you to think for yourself and bring new ideas to the table to show your an innovative thinker.
