Interview
Following the completion of my online application i was subject to apptitude tests which i successfully completed. following this it took them around 4-5 months to reply and offer me a telephone interview. After succesfully passing this i was invited to a graduate assesment centre which involved a technical test, competancy interview, technical interview, written exercise - with combined presentation and finally a group exercise.

Written test GD Technical interview HR First a third party conducts a test (CBT) and the results are shared with employer than onwards recrutment analyst takes care . rest part is in offline mode
Online immersive assessment with video interview having 2 behavioural questions. Also contains numercial and verbal reasoning. They send a report based on it as soon as you complete the assessment. Ensure to dress smart during the interview as the mic and camera would be turned on.
One hour technical exam, with camera and microphone on whilst being watched. Then run through the exam with two members of staff, your answers, why you've answered that etc. Then one hour 'conversation' why you want to work for atkins, what you think you'll be doing, strengths, weaknesses etc etc
