Interview
Went through a day interview process in 2013 for an oil and gas position. The process has not changed recently (as of 2019). There are a few group activities as well as a general hr interview and a technical interview where they go over a short test with you.

Question 1
For the technical test there was three questions. One was about the natural period of a beam. Another was a simple beam calculation. The last was about fatigue and welding.

The interview process was fairly basic with questions regarding your motivations, experiences and knowledge. The technical question/challenge was hard. They say that revision is not needed beforehand, but you really need to if you want a better outcome than mine.

Own application portal. Had an aptitude test which was set up like an office environment. At the end I received a report of my strengths. The interview itself was 1 hour 30. Went over the company and technical questions, as well as a lot of time to ask your own questions
