I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Athletico (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
It was a 2 step interview process. First I had to meet the head physical therapist for that location. Next, I had to meet the rest of the team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitations aides that I would be working with.
The interview process was very smooth and it felt like they did a good job disclosing all tasks you are responsible for. They also revealed how they build a schedule each week and the hourly expectation for the role.

Question 1
do you have any experience leading people through exercises?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Athletico (Niles, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. I was referred by a friend, and the manager was very nice. I am a college athlete with experience studying sports and exercise science as well. The job was fun, I enjoyed helping out the physical therapists, developing relationships + helping clients in their rehab process. It is pretty fulfilling.
The interview lasted no more than 15 minutes and the questions didn't seem difficult at all. I was referred to the location from a manager at a different location, so they already had a bit of an idea of who I was. Overall, the interview went smoothly.
