We’ll be sure to be more cognizant of how we communicate in the future so candidates don’t get the impression we’re being condescending or not listening. That was certainly not our intention during your interview. Also, we do not make any hiring decisions based on a candidate’s military obligations. We have hired many Army Reserves and veterans as they met all qualifications for the positions available. It’s worth mentioning that we have Veterans Day as a paid holiday for those specific employees in order to show our support and appreciation for their service to our country. We’re sorry you weren’t selected to move forward in the hiring process. Keep in mind we interview many candidates with varying degrees of experience, education, and backgrounds.
