Athens Administrators interview questions

I completed an online application and was contacted by the recruiter rather quickly. From there they scheduled the initial phone screening and told me more about the company and interview process. After that call, I was scheduled with a zoom interview with 2 hiring managers. That interview was more of a conversation and discussion of the actual job and technical skills. Felt very comfortable talking with them and the conversation flowed very well. About a day after that interview, I was asked to complete the last interview with HR. It was on zoom and was very positive. I had a very positive interview process with the company, and it has me motivated and excited for the opportunity. The were great with communicating efficiently and timely throughout the entire process. Through this interview process I can tell they are really huge on their employees' happiness, and it shows. Wonderful company and would highly recommend!

Applied online and I got a email for an interview the next day. Well I’m very qualified, experienced for the position and had a really good interview. I was told they wanted someone with more experience. My experience is clearly listed on my resume. It was a waste of time.
