I had an initial interview with a recruiter from Ataccama a few years ago, and it left a very negative impression. The recruiter came across as condescending from the beginning. When I shared my expected salary, she smirked and told me that such a number was unrealistic for Prague and that I should “research the market.” Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. Because of that interaction, I decided to withdraw from the hiring process entirely. Ironically, I later received an offer from another company for even more than what I had asked for in this interview. This experience made it clear that attitude and respect matter just as much as job requirements, and unfortunately, Ataccama fell short in that regard.

Three rounds. One with HR, code review home assignment, technical round, final round (just a chit-chat). It was a good experience overall and not very hard. The final round can be with people from multiple teams and it was for me to ask questions and pick a team. The technical round was focused on things from code review - like is this code optimal, design styles etc.
