At Home Merchandise Assistant interview questions

One Phone Screen with the recruiter. If you move onto the next round there will be a Video Interview via Microsoft teams. I was asked to visit the the store locations and point out any trends that I saw. The interview process took about 2 weeks. I would have appreciated if the company would have sent a courtesy email or call letting me know I did not get the position. Companies should not leave a candidate in the dark whether they got the position or not, it should be common courtesy.
