Easy, quick interview only asked for my availability and then asked if the salary worked for me so it didn’t take long and the manager was ok. Seemed a little unprofessional but happy that I was hired so easily so I didn’t mind

Applied online, got a call for an interview within 2 days.
Laid back interview with the manager. Asked about availability, why I chose to apply at their store and about a time I overcame big obstacles. Wanted to know how I heard about the job opening. Asked if I had any prior experience in retail. The whole process was pretty smooth and welcoming. Great company!
Interview was no longer than 10 minutes.

Interview
I was left a message by the store manager and returned his call 2 days later and he set up an interview for the next day. I went in and had a very relaxed and professional interview. He asked me about my self and my work history was very personable and I was offered the job on the spot.
