I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Asure Software (Austin, TX)
Interview
Recruiter made initial contact.
Then I spoke with the owner of recruiting firm.
Then the recruiter for Asure.
All of them very nice, professional, and enthusiastic.
Next came the sales assessment test...they all questions like; how long does it take you to make a large purchase? How would your boss describe you?
It was all multiple choice and you have an hour. There's no wrong answer but they're looking for particular characteristics. Needless to say, whatever I had, is not what they were looking for. I was disappointed and felt like the assessment portrays a poor reflection on the accrual candidate. Maybe an in person interview first then the assessment...

Question 1
typical: what are some challenges you face...
mane a time when
Way too many steps. In total it took about 2 months and very unclear about next steps. Didn't feel like the culture would be a good fit. Didn't pay attention to experience and overlooked a lot of information on resume.
