The first stage of the interview was done via Video Interview and it was a new experience for me, yet it was less nerve-wrecking than the synchronous interview. After that I was told that I was shorlisted and invited for a panel interview with the hiring managers. The process was smooth and it only took less than 2 weeks before I got the offer.
