I participated in a single round of interviews, which was conducted directly with the Engineering Director. The session was particularly challenging, featuring a series of difficult questions. These comprised a mix of in-depth technical inquiries aimed at assessing my hard skills, as well as behavioral questions designed to evaluate my soft skills and how I handle specific, complex situations in a professional environment.
