Screening call followed by video interview and asked about background.
Where I would like to take my career in 5 to 10 years time and what my overall career ambitions were.
Requested 2-3 references at the end of the video interview
Recruiter reached out to ask about my interest in a position with Amazon and forwarded my application to the Amazon recruitment people. Very nice lady and amazing recruiters are still reaching out in the current abysmal job market.

Interview
The interview process was 3 steps. One call with the recruiter, then two calls with the contract hiring manager. The process was smooth and not too difficult. The two last interviews were with the same person because their boss only spoke Japanese... could see this being a problem in the future.
