Interview
It was very professional. There were several steps that we had to take to complete the process. We were required to read a book and write a summary on it, we were required to take a personality test as well as speak with the Chief Organic Growth Officer. It was extensive.
Short interview in the office, and I got to meet the team I would be working with each day and very informal conversation. Did not really dive in to the roles of the position in depth.

Interview
3 different interviews. First with a recruiter. Then the others were with different managers. Very routine. As a college recruit, I felt that the interview made the job and training sound much better than what it was.
