Assurant Product Development Analyst interview questions

I applied for the job online, 3 minutes after submitting my application I received an email request for a phone interview with a recruiter. This was a quick 10 minute conversation about my work experience. Next was an hour interview with the hiring manager. This interview was cancelled due to an unexpected absence of the hiring manager. I didn't hear back from the recruiter, so I had to follow up a week later to ask to reschedule. When I had the rescheduled interview, it was scheduled to be an hour, but it only lasted 20 minutes and the manager seemed super uninterested and didn't take any notes. My candidate profile also stated I was no longer under consideration for the position before the second interview even happened. Had a feeling it would be a waste of time, and it was. After the second interview there would be a panel interview and then another additional interview. Seems to be a very excessive and lengthy process.
