un total de 3 entrevistas tanto en ingles como en español con una empresa tercerizada. muy amenas y tranquilas, me senti comode. el nivel de ingles que buscan es muy alto.
Open interview/job fair. I met with three different managers after 3 different interviews. All of the questions were call center based and customer centric. They want to know if you handle high pressure and high volume calls.

The interview was pretty much standard. Although right before ending I was asked to write a response on what I would tell a customer that we couldn't cover, which before then I'd never been asked to do at a interview.
