Took over 2 months to respond to the application. Then another month after the first interview to set up another one. Due to COVID interview was virtual. There were connection issues with the interviewer so there was a lot of repetition. There were no direct answers about compensation.

Questions were based on my resume. The interviewer basically read my resume back to me and asked for explanation on each skill listed.

I got a phone call where I was screened. Next was a face to face interview with two managers asking questions about handling situations and showing empathy to customers. Majority of interview was how you would handle irate customers or naming a time you went above and beyond.

Applied online, manpower an outsourcing hiring agency called, had interview with an operations manager & regular manager at 5:30pm, lasted about 30 mins and the Next morning around 10:00am manpower called to offer the position but I declined due to the drama I felt was in the company but I called back a month later to accept the position because I had Bills

Explain a time or situation when I offered my last job a suggestion to change something that would benefit the company? How would I convience my cube ate to stay an extra hour after the shift is over with to complete the work? Do you bring your personal problems to work?
