As we had explained, the hiring manager works remotely in Chicago, and unfortunately, the Central time zone and the East Coast time zone did not transfer accurately, which caused the delay. The hiring manager did send a follow-up message apologizing for the mistake and asked if you would like to reschedule, but you declined the opportunity. Please know that this is not at all a typical practice, and we would never want a candidate to feel devalued.
