Super lengthy. Over the phone screening, over the phone interview, then in person interview with multiple people. I appreciate that they wanted to know details and to make sure they got the right fit, but then took 3 months to tell me no.

How could I manage a group of teachers. What I believe the difference to be between being a leader and being a manager.
