Interview
I applied online and received an immediate response. We were able to set up an interview for the next day. It was a long interview, and I remember being taken off guard with questions like, "What do your parents do for a living?" and other questions that were just irrelevant to my actual work history.
After, you're given a take-home writing test, which was pretty extensive. You then are supposed to take time to go back to their offices and turn it in (you can mail it back, but they want it returned pretty soon after your first interview). After that, they may or may not call you back in for a second interview.
I was called and scheduled that second interview but then they had to reschedule and decided to not tell me until about 2 hours before I was supposed to come in. No problem (although a bit inconsiderate), I rescheduled for the following week. That day came, and they emailed me to schedule the interview for the following week...I was confused and said I thought we were meeting that day, and they were just like "oh yeah, OK that works."
The way it was handled, it seemed to me they didn't care much about my time.
