Initial phone screen and then in person interview with district / area manager. Pre-interview personality behavior assessment, essentially pick from a list of adjectives and it will allegedly predict your behavior styles.

Interview process was long. There were 3 interview all with different people, and they did all the talking about how wonderful the company is and all these great process and training that is provided. Promises sounded great, but as time went on...nothing ever came of those promises. Looking back, it was like they had to sell themselves for me to accept the position.
