Assetz Capital interview questions

Coffee chat followed by formal competency based interview - asked for a 90 day plan in a round about way as an interview question. Not well formatted. Interviewed by panel. Credit test followed interview which was fairly basic. Important to note the process and business didn’t appear very diverse.
